Bule Hora University conducts Induction training for new Instructors

Bule Hora University held an Induction training for newly recruited teachers. The training was organized by the Directorate of Academic Affairs of the University, with the aim of strengthening the understanding of new teachers on teaching and learning in higher education institutions before engaging in their regular work.
The Induction training covered topics such as teaching and learning methods, classroom management, continuous assessment, curriculum development, and student support. The training also emphasized the importance of conducting research and doing community service alongside teaching and learning, as part of the university’s mission and vision.
