Our Mandate
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Registration
Coordinate student intake, program placement, orientation, semester course registration, students’ withdrawal and add/drop processes.
Academic Record Management
Prepare, update, and preserve permanent student transcripts, status determinations, academic standing reports, and attrition/retention data.
Academic Scheduling
Develop and publish the official annual University Academic Calendar, schedule exams, and manage centralized classroom/lecture hall allocations.
Graduation & Certification
Verify graduation eligibility, organize degree audit processes, manage the custody of the university seal, and issue degrees, diplomas, and official transcripts.
Alumni Relations
Maintain an updated alumni database, and coordinate post-graduation verification services.
Preparing and implementing the annual University Academic Calendar in consultation with academic, research, Technology Transfer and Community Service V/President.
Organizing semester based student registration across regular, summer, and weekend programs.
Reporting annual statistical data on student intake, enrollment, academic status, and graduation rates.
Processing national exit examination logistics, degree clearance protocols, and official graduation ceremonies.
Issuing official credentials, responding to document verification requests from governmental, and Non-government institutions.

The Office of the Registrar and Alumni Directorate facilitates academic administration, student data management, credentialing, degree authentications, cost-sharing processing, both for the active students and alumni. The Directorate ensures seamless service delivery from initial enrollment to post-graduation pursuing.

Relevant units (Admissions, Recorders/Alumni, Bio-data and statistics, or Cost-Sharing units) cross-check credentials and database records against institutional guidelines.

Processing & Approval
The specific unit processes the request (e.g., printing transcripts, logging bio-data, finalizing clearances) for Directorate confirmation.

Fulfillment
Finalized credentials, statistics, or clearances are issued directly to the beneficiary or requesting Institutions.
