The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Directorate at Bule Hora University was established under Proclamation No. 144/2000 to coordinate ethical matters and advise the university president, with a mandate to promote transparency, accountability, and good governance.
Vision
To cultivate a corruption-free university environment grounded in ethical principles, integrity, and exemplary public service.
Mission
To prevent and combat corruption through awareness campaigns, policy enforcement, and investigations while fostering ethical conduct among staff and students.
