About the Project

Bule Hora University is proud to be a key partner in D-ACADEMY, an international capacity-building initiative funded under the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme and aligned with the EU Global Gateway Digital Transformation priorities.D-ACADEMY directly addresses the persistent internationalisation gap in Ethiopian higher education institutions located in peripheral and emerging regions. While higher education across Ethiopia has expanded rapidly, internationalisation opportunities have historically concentrated in a few central research universities. D-ACADEMY aims to bridge this divide by elevating the digital and administrative capacity of International Relations Offices (IROs) and academic staff in regional universities.
Rather than focusing on heavy infrastructure investments, D-ACADEMY delivers targeted capacity-building to strengthen human, organizational, and digital competences.

Specific Objectives & SMART Indicators
