Expanding Horizons: BHU and ISAT U  Forge New Global Ties at #GPC2026

We are pleased to announce that Bule Hora University (BHU) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U), Philippines!

This landmark agreement was finalized during the Global Partnership Conclave at Chandigarh University, India a gathering of the world’s leading academic minds.

The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation, aiming to bridge the gap between regulatory oversight and academic research to drive national digital transformation.

The primary objective of this MoU is to officially indicate the mutual interest of both the ETA and BHU in Radiation and Nuclear Safety, Capacity Building and Research by aligning their resources. The two entities intend to create a more robust ecosystem for innovation and technical problem-solving.
