Following the national announcement of planting trees in the university, more than 5000 different types of trees were planted on the university's campus including the president of the university where the top officials were present, it was planted through the Green Asharas program.

የቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማስተማሪያ ሆስፒታልና የጤና ኢንስቲትዩቱ ቺፍ ኤክስኪዩቲቭ ዳይሬክተር ዶ/ር ሳፋይ ኤሌማ ከወትሮው በተለየ መልኩ ለዉይይት የተጠሩት ሰራተኞች በመገኘታቸው ደስታቸውን በመግለጽና ታዳሚዎቹን እንኳን ደህና መጣችሁ በማለት የእለቱን አጀንዳ በማስተዋወቅ ዉይይቱን ያስጀመሩ ሲሆን፣ ቀደም ሲል ሆስፒታሉ በአገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ላይ ከማህበረሰቡ ጋር ውይይት ለማድረግ ቢያስብም በወቅቱ በቂ ዉይይት ማድረግ አልተቻለም።ይሁን እንጂ ከረዥም ጊዜ ቆይታ ቦኋላ ውይይቱ መደረጉን ጠቅሰው በውይይቱ ወቅት የተነሱ ነጥቦች ማለትም የሥራ ሰዓት አከባበር፣ ለታካሚ በተሳለጠ ሁኔታ አገልግሎት ከመስጠት አንጻር፣ መዲሀኒቶችን በአግባቡ አገልግሎት ላይ ከማዋል አንጻር እንዲሁም የሆስፒታሉ የጽዳት ሁኔታ ለታካሚዉ እንደ ተግዳሮት በማንሳት ሰራተኞቹም የተነሱት ነጥቦች ትክክል እንደሆነና በነጥቦቹ ላይ ሰፋ ያለ ውይይት አድርገዋል።
