Bule Hora University holds a discussion on the new structure of staff

Bule Hora University conducted an awareness discussion with the management and administrative staff regarding the guidelines for the new structure of the staff. The discussion was held in the presence of the university president, Dr. Berhanu Lema, and the vice president of Administration and Development, Dr. Nagesa Mokona, to enable every employee to compete with appropriate knowledge and understanding of the structure.
The president of the university, Dr. Birhanu Lema, said that since the establishment of the committee on the matter, many works have been done, and he explained to the participants that the process of appointing the senior leaders of the university is currently done based on the structure.
The new structure of the staff is expected to improve the performance and service delivery of the university.
