MoU signed between Bule Hora University and Ethiopian Technology Authority (ETA)

The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation, aiming to bridge the gap between regulatory oversight and academic research to drive national digital transformation.

The primary objective of this MoU is to officially indicate the mutual interest of both the ETA and BHU in Radiation and Nuclear Safety, Capacity Building and Research by aligning their resources. The two entities intend to create a more robust ecosystem for innovation and technical problem-solving.

During the ceremony, both leaders emphasized that this MoU is the first step in a long-term journey. Dr. Temesgen Debelo noted the university's readiness to contribute intellectual capital, while Ato Solomon Getachew Director-General of ETA expressed the ETA's commitment to supporting academic institutions as hubs for national development.

The event was successfully organized by the College of Natural and Computational Science at BHU, highlighting the college’s pivotal role in spearheading the university’s scientific and technological initiatives.
