Bule Hora University's Institutional Research Review Board (IRRB) is established under the Directorate of RPED as an independent committee dedicated to safeguarding the rights, safety, and well-being of human subjects involved in research conducted at the university. The IRRB reviews research proposals to ensure adherence to ethical principles and regulatory requirements.
IRRB Key Responsibilities:

The IRRB rigorously reviews research proposals to assess their ethical soundness and methodological rigor;

The IRRB makes informed decisions to approve or disapprove research proposals based on ethical considerations and compliance with relevant regulations;

The IRRB monitors ongoing research projects to ensure adherence to approved protocols and ethical standards; and
